本案地处安徽省淮南市山南高新区政务核心区域，位于两条城市主干道——和风大街及淮河大道交口，距淮南市政府400m，紧邻淮南规划高新中心公园，人民公园、奥林匹克公园等，1公里内有拓基商业广场、万茂商业中心、山南综合医院等。周边配套齐全，双公园景观，靠近政务核心区，区域资源十分优越。
The case is located in the south of huainan city in anhui province high-tech zone government affairs core region, in the two cities in the road, and the wind street and huaihe road jiaokou, 400 m away from the government of huainan city, adjacent to huainan planning high-tech center park, the people's park, the Olympic park, etc., within 1 km extension base commercial plaza, Wan Mao business center, shannan general hospital, etc. Surrounding complete facilities, double park landscape, close to the core area of government affairs, regional resources are very superior.

活泼的色彩选择，给予孩子视觉冲击，提升「色彩认知智能」，刺激孩子产生更为天马行空的联想，是璀璨星辰，也是浩瀚宇宙。站在孩子的生活里创造的东西往往更能获得孩子的青睐，做到“童眼看世界”才能引起儿童在心理上的共鸣。

在当前时代进程高速发展、生活模式趋向于复杂化的环境下，封闭繁忙的工作和社交媒体的繁荣使得许多交往方式产生了障碍。人与人之间交流的时间和空间变得越来越零散且狭窄，关系变得熟悉却又陌生。在设计中，传承淮南特色“山、水、林 " 三大地理及人文物象，将淮南九大生活场景美学植入大区之中，承载人们对生活幸福、宜居、品质、健康的美好居住梦想。通过对归家体验，社交活动，个性运动的系统传达，叙述一个“独一无二的淮南生活故事”。功能到景，“欣赏”到“参与”，述说定义淮南活力，智慧，生态，宜居的大围合花园社区。
In an era of rapid development and complex lifestyle, closed busy work and the boom of social media have created barriers to many forms of communication. The time and space for communication between people become more and more scattered and narrow, and the relationship becomes familiar but strange. In the design, it inherits huainan's three geographical and cultural images of mountains, water and forests, and implants the nine life scene aesthetics of Huainan into the region, carrying people's dream of a happy, livable, quality and healthy life. Through the systematic communication of homecoming experience, social activities and personality movement, a "unique Huainan life story" is narrated. Function to scene, "appreciate" to "participate",Define huainan as a vibrant, intelligent, ecological and livable community.
