现代风质感别墅，在彩色里朝圣黑白

INTRODUCTION

Lansell Road别墅位于位于墨尔本Toorak的 Lansell 路。Lansell路在当地地域范围内极具特色，享有盛名。别墅共有四层，内置电梯。其下层设有健身房、桑拿浴室、豪华式家庭影院和六车位车库。

Lansell Road别墅的显著特色体现造玻璃门地窖、屋顶花园和两间现代式厨房的内部空间——它们几乎可以和名厨 Shannon Bennett 的故居相媲美。

Notable features of lansell road also include a glass door cellar, a roof garden and two modern kitchens - which complement the former residence of famous chef Shannon Bennett.

客厅多选用素净的白色、浅咖色家具单品。入口及茶几位于空间平面的中轴线上，其余摆件皆以其为参考对称布置。轻柔的白色纱织窗帘给室外景色增添了一丝轻柔感的雾面效果。

The living space mostly selects the furniture pieces which is white and light brown.The entrance door and the tea table is at the central axis of the flat space,and the rest takes them as reference object to be ordered in a centralised way.The light and soft veil curtain add a sense of softness to the landscape outside.

来到厨房，抬眼即可窥见满室外的绿意，抬首即可享受灿烂的阳光。光线和植物的到来使得原本受限的朴素空间重新焕发勃勃生机。

Coming into the kitchen, sufficient natural light and a glimpse of the outdoor landscape make green plants appear, and make the originally restricted simple space become active.

在家具配置及色彩搭配上，内部空间仅使用朴素简约的单色调及木质家具，但完成的效果却令人欣喜——整体空间显得平静深邃且引人注目。

As for furniture selection and color combination，the interior manages to remain calm but compelling in its reserved monochrome palette and furniture. 

设计团队将重点放在家庭的质感和氛围上。这种氛围感贯穿于所有四个楼层——高高在上的天花板和精心定制的细木工进一步凸显了空间的大气与雅致.

This purposeful design again focuses on the texture and atmosphere of the family. It exists throughout all four floors - high ceilings and custom joinery further highlight this magnificent pure interior

餐厅，光线透过纱质窗帘进入空间。黑色吊灯及黑色餐桌椅与白色墙体及环绕周围的白色纱帘形成对比，一黑一白，一暗一明，一重一轻，一静一纯。

In the dining room,the light passes through the space by the veils .The black pedants and the black tables and chairs creates an strong contrast compared to the white walls and veils.One is black,and one is white.One is dark and one is bright.One is heavy and one is  light.One is silent and one is pure.

曲线在整个家庭中得到体现。大胆的弧线挑战了当今强烈倾向于直线的现代设计理念。黑色圆形餐桌和弧形椅子采用了曲线形式，增强了空间的经典优雅。

The curve is reflected in the whole family.The bold arc challenges the modern design concept that strongly tends to be straight. The black round dining table and the chairs use a curved form to enhance its classic elegance.

蜿蜒曲折的楼梯，让人想起住宅所在的自然街道曲线，为空间带来戏剧感。

The winding stairs remind people of the natural Street curve where the house is located, bringing a dramatic sense to the space.

卧室及浴室整体采用暗灰色系。艺术水泥的墙体抹面极具纹理感，浅色系布品的选用与深色系墙体及窗帘两形成对比，两者一明一暗，使空间显得深邃旷远。

The bedroom and the bathroom use the dark grey palette.The  art cement used on the wall is full of texture effects.The light-colored beddings makes a strong contrast with the dark-colored walls and curtains,which make the space deep and silent.

总的来说， Lansell Road 别墅是一座经典的砂岩住宅，兼具家庭功能性与奢华美感。深色木材、混凝土和大理石的有机组合给空间以质感的节奏韵味。简洁的线条与沉稳的色调，深谙大道至简之理。
