The temperament of the "borderless city" Shenzhen is anchored in inclusiveness, diversity, and harmony, and the rich and modern urban landscape is flourishing at the "Shenzhen speed".
这个约56万平米的多元业态云端生活范本，位于“一轴两翼”布局东翼的八卦岭。面向绿意葱茏的银湖山、笔架山以及激情四射的体育公园，背靠高楼林立、商业繁华的城市中轴，岁宝壹品注定成为生态景观与城市活力交叠的新门户。
This diverse cloud based lifestyle model, covering an area of approximately 560000 square meters, is located in Bagualing, the eastern wing of the "one axis, two wings" layout. Facing the lush Yinhu Mountain and Bijia Mountain, as well as the passionate sports park, backed by the towering buildings and bustling commercial center of the city, Suibao Yipin is destined to become a new gateway for the intersection of ecological landscape and urban vitality.
如《庄子·逍遥游》中的大鹏鸟“立万丈山”，岁宝百货集团联手国际视野与前沿力量，取地市中心福田区精华地段，打造集居住、办公、购物和休闲娱乐于一体的都会垂直综合体。

A unique architectural complex designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm AEDAS Keda Global, with its latest work being the ultra modern golf community Gidori in NEOM, a new city in Saudi Arabia.
以南鹏所立的万丈山为灵感来源的五座玻璃塔，建筑立面的分层设计犹如云穿众山，诗意袅袅，气势恢宏。
The five glass towers, inspired by the Wanzhang Mountain erected by Nanpeng, have layered designs on their facades that resemble clouds passing through the mountains, creating a poetic and majestic atmosphere.
其中，裙楼形态取自“鹏鸟之巢”，编织精致，形成八卦岭新的栖息地；150米高空中横跨三栋楼的云端，则如鹏鸟展翼，居高临城。
Among them, the form of the podium is taken from the "nest of the Peng bird", intricately woven, forming a new habitat for Bagua Ridge; A cloud spanning three buildings at a height of 150 meters in the air is like a bird spreading its wings, overlooking the city from a high vantage point.
身处其中，空间与感官紧密相连。自由伸展的植物与首饰盒般精致的接待台形成对比，在多重反光中折射出雅致的气氛。
Being in it, space and senses are closely connected. The freely extending plants contrast with the exquisite reception desk like a jewelry box, reflecting an elegant atmosphere in multiple reflections.
曲折动线串联起的多重感知空间，在明暗迥异的照明和花色悬殊的石材设计中，暗示着秩序与属性的变换，人的情绪也不觉随之起伏。
The multiple perceptual spaces connected by winding lines imply the transformation of order and attributes in the lighting with different shades and the stone design with different colors, and people's emotions also fluctuate unconsciously.
光渐隐，石愈出，存在与消失之间变得模糊。而多维度的交叠表达，意味着真正意义上的开放与自由。
The light fades away, the stone emerges more, and the boundary between existence and disappearance becomes blurred. The overlapping expression of multiple dimensions implies true openness and freedom.
玻璃幕墙、光膜天窗与金属表面柔和的间接照明，构成独特的“透明感”，给予廊厅不破坏空间层次与组合的渗透性，隔而不断的设计视觉丰富、流动性强。
The glass curtain wall, light film skylight, and soft indirect lighting on the metal surface create a unique "transparency", giving the corridor a permeability that does not damage the spatial hierarchy and combination, and continuously creating a visually rich and fluid design.
威尼斯棕大理石墙面在镜面天花的反射中得以延伸，与侧墙黑色的竖向肌理呼应。
The Venetian brown marble walls extend in the reflection of the mirrored ceiling, echoing the black vertical texture of the side walls.
家具的选择也与空间中的黑灰金配色一脉相承，在流动空间中创造出一处静谧的角落。
The choice of furniture is also in line with the black, gray, and gold color scheme in the space, creating a quiet corner in the flowing space.
高耸入云的“天际花园”位于150多米的高空之中，在城市中央与自然共同生长，这是“无界”深圳独有的魅力。
The towering "Sky Garden" is located at an altitude of over 150 meters.Growing together with nature in the center of the city is the unique charm of "borderless" Shenzhen.
在深圳的这条自然城市天际线上，山水相融，沟通无界，充满无限可能的空间笔触由此展开。
On the natural urban skyline of Shenzhen, mountains and waters blend together, communication is boundless, and the spatial strokes full of infinite possibilities unfold from here.
接待台背靠室外景观植物池的暖灰色，浅色的透光云石将明亮的花园气氛延伸到室内。
The reception desk is backed by a warm gray outdoor landscape plant pool, and the light colored translucent marble extends the bright garden atmosphere indoors.
金属体块获得了轻盈的质感，黑色木饰体块也因此具有灵魂。星圣米黄大理石与欧尼尔灰大理石拼花的短促几何线条图案，活跃了空间气氛。
The metal body block gains a lightweight texture, and the black wooden decorative body block therefore has a soul. The short geometric line pattern of Star Saint beige marble and O'Neill grey marble mosaic enlivens the atmosphere of the space.
虚实相生的空间结构主要由玻璃幕墙、透光云石和木饰面墙实现，镜面天花则赋予“空中会所”以新的维度。
The spatial structure of the interplay between reality and virtuality is mainly achieved by glass curtain walls, translucent marble, and wooden decorative walls, while the mirrored ceiling gives a new dimension to the "Sky Club".
等待区连续的弧形玻璃幕墙朦胧了建筑的形态，放大了远处山丘河流的景观细节。
The continuous curved glass curtain walls in the waiting area obscure the form of the building and magnify the landscape details of the distant hills and rivers.
倾斜的结构布局强化了视觉的引导性和空间的趣味感，流动的边界也由此获得了不同的感知时速。
The tilted structural layout enhances the visual guidance and spatial fun, and the flowing boundaries also obtain different perceptual speeds as a result.
漂浮的建筑体块与半环形的专属露台捕获了城中心的山谷幽林景致，借由内外场域的视线交集实现了自然环境的隔空延伸。
The floating building blocks and the semi circular exclusive terrace capture the secluded forest scenery of the valley in the city center, and extend the natural environment through the intersection of internal and external fields.
夜幕四合之际，在露台品一味鸡尾酒，思鹏城未来价值。
